How to distinguish the accuracy of linear guides?

The accuracy of linear guides can be divided from several aspects: parallelism of walking, the pairwise difference of height, and the pairwise difference of width.

The paired mutual difference in height refers to the difference between the maximum value and the minimum value of the height dimension of each slider combined on the same plane.

The pairwise difference in width refers to the difference between the maximum and minimum width dimensions between each slider mounted on a single rail and the reference surface of the rail.

The accuracy data of the linear guide is distinguished from the numerical values of several indicators: there is a tolerance for the size of the height H, the pair of height H is different from each other, the size tolerance of the width W is different, and the pair of width W is different from each other; on the slider The running parallelism of the surface to the lower surface of the slide rail, the running parallelism of the side surface of the slider to the side surface of the slide rail, and the linear accuracy of the guide rail length.
