1) Motion accuracy

a: The parallelism between the center of the top surface of the slider and the bottom surface of the guide rail;

2) Comprehensive accuracy

a: The limit deviation of the height H between the top surface of the slider and the bottom surface of the guide rail reference;

b: The amount of change in the height H of the top surface of multiple sliders on the same plane;

c: The limit deviation of the distance W1 between the side of the slider on the same side as the reference side of the guide rail and the reference side of the guide rail;

d: The amount of variation between the side surfaces of multiple sliders on the same rail and the reference side surface W1 of the rail.

3) There are more than two guide rails on the guide rail, only the first and the last two sliders are tested, and the W1 test is not done for the middle one, but the middle W1 should be less than the first and last W1.

2. Choose:

1)---Determine the track width.

Rail width refers to the width of the slide rail. Rail width is one of the key factors that determine the size of its load

2)---Determine the track length.

This length is the total length of the rail, not the stroke. Full length = effective stroke + slider spacing (more than 2 sliders) + slider length × number of sliders + safety stroke at both ends. If a protective cover is added, the compressed length of the protective cover at both ends needs to be added.

3)---Determine the type and quantity of the slider.

Udhëzues linear are two commonly used sliders: flange type and square. The former is a bit lower in height, but wider, and the mounting hole is a through threaded hole, while the latter is higher and narrower, and the mounting hole is a threaded blind hole. Both have short type, standard type and extended type (some brands are also called medium load, heavy load and super heavy load). The main difference is that the length of the slider body (metal part) is different, and of course the hole of the mounting hole The spacing may also be different, most short sliders only have 2 mounting holes. The number of sliders should be determined by the user through calculations. Only one is recommended here: as few as it can carry, and as many as it can be installed. The type and quantity of the slide and the width of the slide constitute the three elements of the load.

4)---Determine the accuracy level.

Any manufacturer’s products will be marked with accuracy grades. Some manufacturers’ markings are more scientific and generally use the first letter of the grade name, such as general grade N and precision grade P.

5)---Determine other parameters

In addition to the above four main parameters, there are some parameters that need to be determined, such as the type of combined height, pre-compression level, etc. The high preload level means that the gap between the slider and the slide rail is small or negative, and the lower preload level is vice versa. The sensory difference is that the sliding resistance of a high-grade slider is large, and the resistance of a low-grade slider is small. The method of expression depends on the manufacturer's selection samples, the number of grades is 3 grades, and there are also 5 grades. The choice of grade depends on the actual use of the user. The general principle is that when the slide rail has a large size, large load, impact, and high precision, you can choose a higher preload grade, and vice versa.

Tips: 1--The preload grade has nothing to do with quality, 2--the preload grade is directly proportional to the precision of the slide rail and inversely proportional to the service life.
